Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process conducted by at least two reviewers. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise, academic qualifications, research experience, and publication record relevant to the subject area of the submitted manuscript. The journal strives to provide the first review decision within four weeks of submission.

Manuscripts accepted with revisions will be returned to the authors for improvement. Authors receiving a Minor Revision decision are expected to submit the revised manuscript within one week, while those receiving a Major Revision decision should resubmit within three weeks. Authors requiring additional time should contact the editorial office in advance.

Authors receiving a revision decision must submit a Response Letter together with the revised manuscript. The Response Letter should address each, point-by-point reviewer comment individually and explain how the manuscript has been revised. Changes made in the manuscript should be clearly indicated. If the authors disagree with a reviewer’s recommendation, they should provide a clear and well-reasoned justification. The revised manuscript may be subject to further review before a final editorial decision is made. This process is intended to ensure the quality, originality, and scholarly contribution of all published articles.

Fast track and LoA Policy
The journal does not offer fast-track services that guarantee acceptance of manuscripts. All submissions undergo the same editorial screening and peer-review procedures. A Letter of Acceptance (LoA) is issued only after a manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has received a final acceptance decision by the Editors.
