Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process conducted by at least two reviewers, consisting of members of the Editorial Board and/or qualified external reviewers with relevant expertise. The journal strives to provide the first review decision within three weeks of submission.
Manuscripts accepted with revisions will be returned to the authors for improvement. Authors receiving a Minor Revision decision are expected to submit the revised manuscript within one week, while those receiving a Major Revision decision should resubmit within three weeks. Authors requiring additional time should contact the editorial office in advance.
The revised manuscript may be subject to further review before a final editorial decision is made. This process is intended to ensure the quality, originality, and scholarly contribution of all published articles.
