-
All submitted files must be consistent with one another and must follow the journal’s latest template and submission requirements. Manuscripts that do not comply with these requirements may be returned to the authors for correction or rejected before entering the editorial and peer-review process.
Language
The journal accepts only manuscripts written in clear and professional English. Authors are encouraged to ensure their submissions are well-structured, concise, and grammatically accurate. To enhance readability and scientific clarity, authors who require assistance with language quality, grammar, or spelling may consider using a professional English editing service.
Style
Manuscripts should be structured as follows: Title, Authors and Affiliations, Abstract and Keywords, Main Text, Acknowledgments (if applicable), Declarations, References, and Appendices (if applicable).
Title
The title should clearly reflect the content of the manuscript and should not exceed 12 words.
Authors and Affiliations
The full names of all authors should be provided without academic titles. Affiliations should include the department (if applicable), institution, city, and country. Authors with different affiliations should be clearly identified using superscript numbers. One author must be designated as the corresponding author and provide a valid email address. Authors are also encouraged to include their ORCID iD to facilitate accurate attribution and indexing of their scholarly work.
Abstract
The abstract should be approximately 150 words and provide a concise summary of the research, including the background, research objective, methodology, key findings, and conclusions. The abstract should be understandable as a standalone text and should generally avoid references. Abbreviations should be defined upon first use. Authors should also provide three to five keywords that reflect the main themes of the manuscript.
Main Text
The main text should be organized into the following sections: Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion. Additional sections may be included where appropriate. Clear and consistent headings and subheadings should be used throughout the manuscript.
Units
The use of SI units is mandatory throughout the manuscript. If alternative units are necessary, their SI equivalents must be provided in parentheses. While there are no strict rules for notation or abbreviations, each manuscript should clearly define all symbols and units to ensure clarity and self-containment. Proper definitions enhance readability and ensure precise communication of scientific information.
Figures and Tables
All visual elements, including photographs, charts, illustrations, and diagrams, should be labelled as Figures and integrated within the text. Figures and tables must be numbered separately and consecutively using Arabic numerals. All figures and tables must be cited in the text before they appear. Consistency in lettering, line styles, and symbols should be maintained, and unnecessary details should be removed to enhance clarity. Figures should be of high quality and remain legible when reduced to 50% of their original size. Each figure and table must include a concise and self-explanatory caption.
Figure captions should be placed below the figure, while table titles should be placed above the table. When a figure is reproduced or adapted from another source, the source must be acknowledged in the caption. For example: Figure 1. Title of Figure. Source: Ahmad (2024).
Tables should be numbered consecutively and should not duplicate information already have presented in the text. SI units should be used where applicable.
